DuChene Realty LLC ("we," "us," "our") offers an SMS text messaging service for real estate communications including property updates, appointment reminders, market information, promotional offers, and general customer service communications. By opting in to our SMS messaging service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through any of the following methods, you expressly consent to receive text messages from DuChene Realty LLC:

• Using the "Text Us" widget on our website
• Texting our business phone number directly
• Verbally or in writing providing consent to a DuChene Realty agent
• Providing your phone number during a real estate transaction with SMS consent

6. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any message you receive from us

• Emailing us at contact@duchenerealty.com with "SMS Opt-Out" in the subject line

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will not receive any further text messages from us unless you opt in again.

9. Supported Carriers

Our SMS messaging service is compatible with most major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. TCPA Compliance

DuChene Realty LLC complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable federal and state regulations regarding text messaging. We maintain records of all consent obtained and honor all opt-out requests promptly.

11. Disclaimer

DuChene Realty LLC is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, or misdirected messages, including but not limited to messages not delivered due to technical failures, carrier issues, or device incompatibility. Information sent via SMS is not guaranteed to be secure. Do not send sensitive financial information via text message.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our SMS messaging service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
